Melanie is a native English speaker from Australia. As a qualified English coach she has helped many clients to personal success. She is a business management graduate specialised in accounting with many years of corporate experience. In recent times, she positioned herself in the ESL industry, developed her skills, and now trains people globally. Outside of work she loves the energy of the Andes mountain range, and found trekking an incredible way to reconnect with nature.

Adolfo is an executive MBA, economist and former director of a global bank operating in Latin America. He speaks 3 languages, is a Senior Business Advisor, an expert in Product Management and a Career Coach & Mentor. He loves nature and connecting with people from different cultures. Trekking, MTB, and road trips are his way of connecting with his passions: people and adventure!

The Game Changer

For both of them, 2018 was a year of great change. They left their corporate jobs and travelled the world to refresh their perspective on life, to redefine it, and start again. They started from different places in the world and in the most random way they met. You must ask them about their epic love story!

Their passion for connecting with people was at the heart of their adventure. Likewise, through their different cultures, languages, and all the challenges of a daily conversation especially in a non-native language, they learnt the key to effective communication is to clearly understand and deliver a message that is mindful and effortless.

The Result

From this, a sequence of key events resulted in SINGULAR English Lab. This included a great deal of research in language learning and testing to determine a style they truly believe in. The SINGULAR methodology centres on their passion for people and a belief that good communication is the foundation to a happy and prosperous life.
